• Please note we Do Not hold Any appointments without the deposit. Remaining balance is to be completed before maid is dimissed. 

• We Do Not accept personal checks. 

• There is a 24hr cancellation window to receive deposit refund. once maid has arrived deposit is non refundable.

• We Do Not provide toilet brushes (empty units are still required to provide toilet brushes)

• Same day appointments are subjected to a $50.00 upcharge. Same day appointments must be booked via telephone, online booking is unavailable for this service)

• We Do NOT accept same day service Add ons  (EX: Standard cleaning is booked and day of customer requests oven cleaning) unfortunately this adds significant time to the cleaning delaying the next appointment

• We do not tolerate harassment of any sort 

• Maids are unable to park at timed parking meters. We ask that clients provide reasonable parking as maids carry all supplies and equipment to the unit. We do not accept parking reimbursements. unfortunately if parking can not be accomodated the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited day of.
